STRYVE SHIPPING POLICY

UK DELIVERY

STRYVE currently delivers throughout the United Kingdom.

Orders are normally processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days. Orders placed on weekends or UK bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.

STANDARD UK DELIVERY – £3.99

Orders are normally sent using Evri tracked delivery.

Once dispatched, delivery normally takes approximately 2–3 working days. Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where available.

DELIVERY ADDRESS

Please check that your delivery address is correct before completing your order.

If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible at info@lockedinstryve.com. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will do our best to amend the address.

DELIVERY DELAYS

If your order has not arrived within 7 working days of receiving your dispatch confirmation, please contact us at info@lockedinstryve.com with your order number and we will investigate the delivery.

LOST OR DAMAGED ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged or appears to have been lost in transit, please contact us at info@lockedinstryve.com with your order number and details of the issue. We will investigate this with the delivery carrier and work to resolve the issue.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

STRYVE currently ships within the United Kingdom only. International delivery may be introduced in the future.
